After placing your order, a link will be sent to your email where you upload your audio file with instructions on how to upload. Should you have problems uploading your file, we will solve it by alternative methods.
Absolutely! Just upload the video file and we’ll extract the sound from it.
Absolutely! After submitting your order, email us your order number and the Youtube link you want us to extract audio from, and we will take care of the rest from here on.
We only accept audio files that are less than 60 seconds. However we can in some circumstancs allow longer files, but please do contact us .
You can enter your discount code in the cart or at the checkout.
Make sure that you have entered the voucher code with no extra spaces or punctuation. Bear in mind that coupon codes and offers can expire, and sometimes coupon codes can’t be cumulated with other offers, so make sure that all the coupon conditions are met when applying the coupon.
“Coupon has expired”: Your coupon is out of date and cannot be applied
“Coupon does not exist”: You have entered an invalid coupon
“Another coupon is already in use, and cannot be combined with this coupon”: You cannot combine these two offers with each other.

We sends posters to more than 130 countries, spanning all continents! Delivery times might vary depending on the country, and you may be liable to pay customs fees when delivering to countries outside of the European Union.
Please note that we currently cannot ship to Brazil, Russia, or Saint Pierre and Miquelon due to ongoing customs issues. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

No problem, if you prefer a different font or color for your poster, we can try to solve it as best we can. Enter your preference in the message area of the shopping cart while submitting your order.
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
We will try and cancel your order before it is processed. However, please bare in mind that we print order 24 hours after the order is placed and hand it over to the shipping company. Once it printed we cannot cancel the order nor can we refund.
If your poster is meant to be for that someone special, a heart symbol can add that extra touch. However, just as is the case for every phone and computer, the conversion can differ from your platform to ours, and for this reason we don’t recommend using regular emojis on your poster.
Use your iPhone or Android camera and point it towards the poster. When the camera detects the poster it will start playing the custom sound or music associated with your poster. Can’t get any simpler than that!
If you have an older phone, it might not detect the poster automaticly, in that case just simply download any free QR Code reader from Google Play or AppStore.
